First of all, provide all the necessary ingredients in making tempeh.
The materials needed:
-) Soy beans 1kg (as required).
-) Yeast 2gram tempe (according to the amount of tempeh).
-) Tapioca flour / corn starch taste.
Second, we will begin to make the tempeh. The steps in making tempeh, as follows:
1) Wash the soya beans first, then soak for 24 hours.
2) After soaking, soybeans will expand.
3) After the beans swell, Peel from soybean husk.
4) Once the beans clean, tuagkan beans to the pot and give it enough water. Then, boil for 30 minutes.
5) Once boiled for 30 minutes, remove the existing aair in the pan. This process is used to dry the beans.
6) Pour the beans into another container. Then pour the yeast and tapioca flour into it. Stir until evenly distributed.
7) After flattening, soybeans move into the plastic.
8) Close the plastic with a meeting (can be done by welding a candle flame.
9) Keep a warm place soybeans.
10) Then wait for 2 days.
11) After 2 days, tempeh is finished and ready to be processed into a delicious cuisine and according to our tastes.
